The official website is https://zxvqj.com. Any reference to museum-inspired or Louvre-inspired styling refers to artistic inspiration and does not indicate an official relationship with the Louvre Museum.

02. Customer Eligibility

Customers must have the legal capacity to make a purchase under the rules applicable to their transaction. They must provide accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact details.

Customers are responsible for verifying their selected product specifications, quantity, available size or design options, shipping details, and final charges before completing checkout.

03. Product Information & Descriptions

We aim to describe products clearly, including relevant appearance, materials, stone descriptions, colors, sizes, finishes, and features as available.

Images are intended to represent the jewelry offered. Differences caused by lighting and display settings may occur, while material specifications are determined by the actual product listing.

A gemstone-inspired appearance does not by itself establish that a stone is natural diamond, ruby, sapphire, or emerald. Similarly, gold-tone and silver-tone appearances do not establish solid precious-metal content.

04. Sizing & Product Suitability

Ring sizes, necklace lengths, bracelet measurements, and other dimensions depend on the individual design. Please consult the listed measurements and contact support before purchasing if important information is missing.

We cannot guarantee that an accessory will fit every customer without reference to its stated specifications. Any legal rights concerning inaccurate descriptions remain unaffected.

05. Availability of Merchandise

Products and available options are subject to stock availability. A product displayed on the website may become unavailable before an order is accepted or fulfilled.

When an ordered item is unavailable, we will review the matter and explain appropriate alternatives, cancellation, or refund options.

06. Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Charges

Product prices are displayed on the website or at checkout. The order total should be reviewed before payment confirmation, including applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected through checkout.

For eligible U.S. shipments, estimated transit is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. The estimate excludes the usual 1–2 business days required for processing.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact customer support as soon as possible. We will review the request, but cannot guarantee cancellation or changes once preparation or dispatch has progressed.

Where an order cannot be canceled before delivery, the customer may still have return rights under our Return & Refund Policy or applicable law.

12. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible products can be requested for return within 30 days of receipt, subject to our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
